Why is [email protected] not responding my emails?

I’ve been emailing [email protected] to request an increase in my quota to use the NVIDIA T4 GPU instead of the CPU. They seem to be taking a while to respond. Do you have any advice on how to expedite the process?

Oh, and I should add that you should remember to include your HF username. I actually forgot.
