Hello,
I have a space that suddenly seems to be stuck with a loading wheel and “Preparing Space” message. It was running completely fine for about a week on an L40S instance until we noticed it was now in this state.
We are unable to pause it, rebuild the image/factory rebuild, or even restart the space. Thankfully it seems to have allowed me to move from GPU to a CPU instance to stop getting billed for now, but this is obviously not a proper solution. The logs are also completely empty, only showing a loading wheel which makes debugging a challenge.
Has anyone experienced this before, or can anyone suggest what might be happening and how to go about resolving this?
