After I added my payment method to my account, I was charged $10 for a temporary hold. I was charged, but the $10 is not returned back. How long will it take to ensure validity and cancel the charge?
I’ve sent an email to [email protected] yesterday but there is no response.

When a payment method is added to an account, we’ll validate the card with a $10 hold, but don’t worry - this is not charged and the hold should clear within a few business days. Rest assured you have not been charged.
