I called the HuggingFace model training cloud service and was asked to bind a credit card. However, due to network fluctuations, I was deducted 10 US dollars twice in a row when I connected the card. In the end, the card was not connected. How can I refund the money? I can’t get in touch. Customer service, you guys are really unprofessional.
Hi @Sean199409 When a payment method is added to an account, we’ll validate the card with a $10 hold, but don’t worry - this is not charged and the hold should clear within a few business days.
Hi, I noticed there is some card information in this post. Perhaps it would be safe to invalidate the card.
-Does something that causes multiple charges to his account.
-Calls the company “unprofessional”.
-Proceeds to post his credit card info and home address online.
Clearly it’s not their lack of professionalism nor a fault in their system. You just should not be allowed to own a credit card.

I couldn’t pay to use the platform with two different credit cards. They charged the amount and didn’t debit it from my card statement. There’s no support available to contact me. What’s my situation? Tomorrow will be a week. Totaling $20, how can I recommend a platform like that?
